What we stand for.........

Preservation:

To preserve and celebrate hot rods and custom vehicles for the enjoyment and benefit of owners, enthusiasts, and the wider community.

Guidance:

To provide support, education, and technical guidance to builders, ensuring that all hot rods and custom vehicles are constructed safely and to a high standard.

Heritage:

To share the history, craftsmanship, and cultural significance of hot rods and customs with the broader public, fostering appreciation and participation in this unique automotive tradition.

Safety:

To show responsible ownership of all vehicles, adhering to and promoting road safety.

What we can offer our Members.........

• Fun, Friendship, Cruising and Hot Rods, lots of Hot Rods!
• Access to Concessional Registration (C4C) - we are an approved DTMI car club.
• Comprehensive C4C events list to maximise club days.
• Public and Product Liability on our events, and approved events run by our Clubs and/or Members.
• Volunteer accident insurance (as per our policy documents).
• Access to our Technical Advisory Team, TC, for advise, build applications and inspections.
• Reduced subscription to WA's very own Rod Tork magazine.
• 100% of your Membership, Event and Rod Tork money stays in WA for the benefit of our WA Hot Rodders.

What we offer our Clubs.........

• Public and Product Liability on approved events.
• Volunteer accident insurance (as per our policy documents).
• Sponsorship to assist towards the cost of events.
• Support to meet governance requirements for Government and the ATO

and all that in addition to what we offer your members who join us for the ride....

Transition period -

Financial Memberships are now.  Our inaugral membership year will begin on April 1st, 2026 but as memberships will rollover every 12 months, your anniversary will fall 12 months from the date you joined, not on a specific communal date.  

While we transition to our new normal we are giving complimentary memberships that will remain active until March 31st, 2026, this will allow you to explore WAHRA and to give you time to enjoy the benefits of financial membership without the financial commitment

C4C - 

For those who have a C4C concessional registration with us, you are considered financial members until March 31st, 2026.  Your membership is due no later than April 1st, 2026.  Feel free to reach out to chairmanwahra@gmail.com with any queries or concerns

BUILDS - 

For those who have submitted Build applications and paid the fee you are also considered financial members until March 31st, 2026.  Your membership is due no later than April 1st, 2026.  Feel free to reach out to tcwahra@gmail.com with any queries or concerns, and tcinspectionswahra@gmail.com for bookings.
